Solution
We offer a 24/7 emergency call-out service to all our fire alarm maintenance clients, but we are also willing to help new clients who don’t have a maintenance agreement yet. On the same day that we attended the site to look at the faulty fire alarm, we had it fixed by the end of the day. Planned, preventative maintenance is the long-term solution to this kind of problem.
